Become a Vendor at Robbins Rib Fest

Robbins Rib Fest is a two-day community celebration filled with great food, live entertainment, family activities, and the smoky tradition that puts Robbins on the map. Hosted by Robbins Block Clubs, Inc. and Robbins Friends of the Park, this event brings together residents and visitors from Robbins and surrounding communities for a weekend of flavor, fun, and community pride.


We are currently accepting vendor applications and invite you to be part of this exciting and growing event.

COMMUNITY & NON-PROFIT GROUPS

Robbins Rib Fest is more than a festival, it’s a community gathering. We welcome community and non-profit groups to participate and connect with residents.


Hosted by Robbins Block Clubs, Inc. and Robbins Friends of the Park, the event provides an opportunity for organizations to share resources, promote programs, recruit volunteers, and increase community awareness.


Booth Opportunities

Community organizations may use their space to:

  • Share information about programs and services 
  • Provide community resources or outreach materials 
  • Recruit volunteers or participants 
  • Promote upcoming events or initiatives 

Sales of products or food are not permitted under the nonprofit/community booth category.


Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of nonprofit status or organizational affiliation may be requested.

Organizations must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and setup materials.


The Robbins Rib Fest operates as a cashless event. All vendors are required to accept electronic payments (credit, debit, or mobile pay). Cash transactions are not permitted.

Vendor Fees

  • Standard 10’ x 10’ Space:
    $150 if registered on or before July 1
    $175 after July 1 (if space is available)
     
  • Premium Vendor Space (high-visibility location):
    $200 if registered on or before July 1
    $225 after July 1 (if space is available)
  • Deadline for registration is July 31, 2026


Community & Non-profit fees

  • Non-profit / Community Booth (10’ x 10’): $75 
  • Deadline for registration is July 31, 2026


Space is limited and may fill-up prior to deadline dates.

Event Overview

The Robbins Rib Fest is a signature community event that brings together residents and visitors from Robbins and surrounding Southland communities for a weekend of great food, live music, and local business exposure.

Event features include:

  • Rib competition teams and tasting
  • Live bands and DJs on the main stage
  • Adult beverage areas
  • Food and retail vendors
  • Community partners and sponsors
  • Comfortable seating areas for socializing

The festival atmosphere is designed to appeal to a 35+ audience while remaining welcoming to the broader community.

  

Expected Attendance & Audience Profile

Projected Attendance: 2,500–4,000 over two days

Audience Characteristics

  • Primary age: 30–60
  • Strong local and regional attendance
  • Couples, friend groups, and social gatherings
  • Disposable income for food, beverages, and retail
  • Community-focused and supportive of local businesses

This audience profile makes the Robbins Rib Fest an excellent opportunity for vendors offering:

  • BBQ food items
  • Comfort foods and festival favorites
  • Specialty desserts

Vendor Space & Requirements

  • Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis 
  • Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs and generators (if applicable)
  • All food vendors must comply with Cook County Health Department requirements 
  • Additional event guidelines will be provided upon acceptance

Vendor Fees

Vendor fees vary based on vendor type and space needs.  Early registration is encouraged, as space is limited and the event may reach capacity prior to the deadline.


If the event becomes full, additional applicants will be placed on a waitlist and contacted if space becomes available.

Cashless Event

The Robbins Rib Fest operates as a cashless event. All vendors are required to accept electronic payments (credit, debit, or mobile pay [Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc]). Cash transactions are not permitted.
